Extremely pleased with Candace, Zuen, and Jesse of the Candace Decker Group. Candace went shopping and then staged the Condo by removing some items and permanently placing her purchases, transforming the Condo's appearance to an inviting, attractive, and comfortable space. She then had her magical Videographer take ultra professional interior and exterior pictures and video. Candace's dog even had a starring role. I loved her philosophy, which is a refreshing and common sense approach. She puts in the work upfront, prepares the space for a successful showing, and then prices the unit at exactly the correct amount. We did not price the Condo high to allow for negotiating room, hoping potential buyers would recognize the Condo's value matched the price. This approach proved successful as we had an accepted full price offer in four days. Multiple showings provided feedback stating the unit was 'priced just right' and was 'beautifully staged'.
In summary, Candace Decker Group performed exactly as she promised in her initial presentation. Thank You Candace, Zuen, Jesse, and their awesome Videographer.
